Hello Everyone! Are you are ready to celebrate Independence? Well Nikki and Ronda are celebrating big along with several wonderful Co-sponsors. I’m Candian so we don’t celebrate the 4th..But I did nothing but relax anyways.lol.

It was okay. I spent the day laying around doing nothing then I watched fireworks.

After spending the afternoon with family & friends & eating lots of great food, the hubs and I sat and watched the fireworks show from the Rose Bowl. We had a ring side seat in our front yard…and it was free.

I spent the day with family and anytime I get to do that is a good day! Everyone together just laughing and talking and enjoying each other’s company is priceless. Had a cook out too, with the heat we’ve been
having, we could have just put the hamburgers on the sidewalk to cook, temps have been in the high
90′s for the last two weeks. Today is was 104 and tomorrow is supposed to be the same.
Can you say, I’m melting………….

Unfortunately my girls were cranky so we missed the parade. The day was salvaged with a swim at Nana’s Pool and a family cook out

I had a great time. I had to work on July 5th, so I stayed at home and had some family over for a cookout.

It turned out to be a very nice 4th of July. It was really too hot to do anything outdoors most of the day, but we had one of our grandchildren over and cooked out then took her to see the local fireworks.

My 4th wasn’t too bad. Nothing exciting though. Just watched as my sister put off some small fireworks.
